Our business coaching process, PMBCP, is a results focused system designed to help you identify what actions are most critical to your business now and, more importantly, design the action steps that will get you there. We act as a sounding board for your business ideas – so you can test your plans with a confidential, unbiased business coach who will listen objectively and offer constructive feedback. With our help, you can feel less isolated and gain more control over your business. We can also help you work with employees to improve accountability, giving you better peace of mind.

Step One: Initial Discussion

Our first step is a simple review of your current situation. We will discuss the state of your business, what you would like to accomplish, your greatest concerns, and the potential barriers you see to achieving what you would like to.

Step Two: Assessment

This is a more detailed look at your business and how you operate. We will ask you to complete a questionnaire about your business, your employees, your management style, issues you face, directions you would like to go, etc. We will get into the details of your business in this step. We may use internet based assessment tools, review key business measures, talk to your employees or your customers, depending on what the situation merits.

At the conclusion of this step, we'll provide detailed feedback on everything we discover.

Step Three: Planning

This step involves creating a development plan that fits with the goals of the organization and the individual's personal development goals. Jointly, we will select one or two critical development areas based on information collected during Step Two. We use an ROI framework so you can determine for yourself the cost-benefit of proceeding in a given direction.

Jointly, we will determine what you plan to do to close the gap between where you are now and where you would like to be, how you will accomplish the what, who needs to know about the plan, when the goal will be accomplished, and how success will be measured.

Step Four: Monitor and Review

This last step may take two to six months, maybe longer. Our job is to help you stay focused, monitor progress, act as a sounding board and support you along the way. We will meet with you each week, by telephone or in person, until your goal is achieved.
